    Email addresses of family members you invite to view your content.
  • Payment Information
    Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: Features used, time spent in app, crash reports, and performance data.
  • Location Data: Only when you explicitly enable location tagging for memories (optional).

2.3 AI-Generated Content

When you use our AI story generation feature, your photos and journal entries may be processed by our AI systems to create personalized stories. This processing occurs on secure servers, and your content is not used to train AI models for other users.

Your content is never used to train AI models for other users. AI processing is performed only to generate your personal stories and is subject to strict data isolation protocols.

7 Children's Privacy

Baby's Storybook AI is designed for parents and guardians to document their children's lives. The app is not intended for use by children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All content about children is provided and controlled by their parents or legal guardians.

8 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion:

  • Your content is permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Backup copies are removed within 90 days
  • Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement

9 International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
