Right to Be Informed

Request a complete copy of all personal data we hold about you, delivered within 30 days in a readable format.
Right to Rectification
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you at any time through the app or by contacting us.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data. Also known as "the right to be forgotten." We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Right to Restrict Processing
Request that we limit how we process your personal data in certain circumstances while a dispute is resolved.
Right to Data Portability
Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (JSON/CSV) that you can transfer to another service.
Right to Object
Object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing, profiling, or processing based on legitimate interests.
Rights Related to Automated Decisions
Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you, with right to human review.
3 How to Exercise Your Rights
Method 1: In-App Settings
For most requests, use the built-in privacy controls:
- Open Baby's Storybook AI app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy
- Select the relevant option (Export Data, Delete Account, etc.)
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Method 2: Email Request
For any data rights request, email us at privacy@metanetica.in with:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Specific request (access, deletion, correction, etc.)
- Any additional details to help us locate your data
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing certain requests. This typically involves confirming details only the account holder would know.
4 Response Times
